Adding Your Personal Domain Email to Gmail.
Alright so you got your domain name, and you have hosting through siteground. Now how do you get that proffesional looking email such as contact@website.com ???
Well the process is simple if you follow the correct steps. So i’ve decided to lay them out for you!
1 – Create your Siteground Email Account
Go to Cpanel > Email Acccounts
Now create your email account with the credentials you desire, then click “Create Account”
2 – Configure Email Client
Below you will see your email account which you just created.
Now select More > Configure Email Client
Now you can see all your necessary information to connect this email account to your gmail account.

3 – Set up Google Mail – Gmail account
Now onto your gmail account to enter all the information in the SSL/TLS Setting box.
Go to your Gmail account and select Settings > Accounts and Import
Next to the Check mail from other accounts: select Add a mail account
Enter the email you created on step 1.
Select Next
Select Next again.
For Username enter your Username
For Password enter your Password
For POP Server enter Incoming Server
Select Port:995
And select these three check boxes.
If you put in the correct information you will get this page.
Select Yes if you want to be able to reply to emails with this email address.
Enter the name you want displayed on your emails.
Which would appear here on emails you send.
And check the Treat as an Alias checkbox
click Next Step
For the SMTP Server: enter your Outgoing Server:
and same Username and Password as you entered on Siteground.
and select Port: 465
Check Send as SSL
Then click Add Account
If entered correctly you will get this confirmation window. And you will be sent an email with a verification code to enter.
